A Xalane General Trading Company is expanding its footprint in North Texas with a huge new shipping hub in South Fort Worth.

Lakeland, Fla.-based SaddleCreek Logistic Services has leased a more than 860,000-square-foot distribution building on Interstate 35W.

Dallas-based Ascendant Commercial Real Estate owns the new Global Logistics Park warehouse building.

“We demonstrated a firm commitment to south Fort Worth when we broke ground on the largest speculative industrial development back in October of 2020,” Ascendant Commercial’s Steve Bradford said in an email. “We are very pleased that SaddleCreek sees the growth potential of south Fort Worth and we are honored to be a part of their growth and continued success in Texas.”

Founded in 1966, SaddleCreek Logistic Services is a product fulfillment and integrated supply chain company that provides warehousing and transportation services.
